PaintScaping designs ideal room for 3D mapping
PaintScaping was hired to design a "3D mapping"-friendly room, for a potential magic project in Macau, featuring Franz Harary, one of the top magic consultants in the world.
Our job was to design and recommend the ideal architecture, within a specific structural frame. We maximized projection surfaces, while keeping great POV's for the guests. We designed with white or light surfaces in mind, recommended the number of projectors, their lumens, resolution, aspect ratio, and locations,... while minimizing real shadows, obstruction, and cable runs.
