PaintScaping assists Image Engineering in projection
Did you see the projection on the ice at the LA Kings 2013 playoffs?
To the heartbeat of an entire city hoping to strike gold one more time, PaintScaping assisted in the convergence of the projectors and mapping of the virtual crown to the painted one on the ice.
We used the Twist Christie software to align the virtual crown to the one on the ice, and to converge two 18K HD Roadster Christie projectors, literally hanging by a thread above the ice. And for playback, an Alcorn-McBride Binloop 4-channel unit was used by our client.
